Gardiner F.H. Smith is President and Chief Executive Officer
of ThermalTherapeutic Systems (TTS). Mr. Smith joined TTS after guiding several life sciences startups through the Pittsburgh Life
Sciences Greenhouse Executive Program. Prior to joining the Greenhouse, Mr. Smith was CEO and founder of TenX Biopharma, a Phase III
cancer antibody company which was sold in May, 2011. He previously co-founded a consulting firm, SHI Link, of 8 professionals offering
biopharma and medical device management services, including his position as interim President of Nexeon MedSystems. Mr. Smith's
executive experience includes serving as the SVP of business development at Aspreva Pharmaceuticals, and as the Chief Business Officer,
Memory Pharmaceuticals Corp where he played a key role in a 2004 IPO, raising $35 MM, and a 2005 PIPE for $20 MM. At Memory he led
four major transactions in three and a half years, providing $60 MM in payments made to the company resulting in later acquisition.
As Executive Director, Business Development, at Human Genome Sciences Inc., Mr. Smith led multiple transactions with small and large
pharmaceutical companies. Mr. Smith also served as the Director, International Licensing, Glaxo Wellcome where he supported the oncology
therapeutic franchise and genomics directorate and led strategic alliances with industry and academic centers.

a financial executive with 32 years of professional experience
in the healthcare industry, Joe began his career with Price Waterhouse.
He later joined Allegheny Health, Education & Research as
the Vice President and Corporate Controller and Chief Financial
Officer of Allegheny Singer Research Institute. Joe co-founded
Metamorphic Surgical Devices before the technology was acquired
by the Guidant Corporation. Most recently Joe served as Chief
Financial Officer of RedPath Integrated Pathology and Chief Financial
Officer for Vytrace Corporation. Joe serves on the Boards of
NSABP Foundation, a national research cooperative group that
conducts clinical trials for breast and colon cancer therapies,
and Axios Foundation, an international non-profit organization
focused on improving the healthcare delivery systems in developing
countries, particularly in Africa. |

Michael S. Gronsky is Director of Operations of ThermalTherapeutic Systems.
Mike has 36 years of experience in the manufacturing and R&D of electromechanical devices. He was in
charge of Production and Inventory management at NOMOS Corporation. While there, he participated in the
development and manufacture of the first FDA cleared devices for Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy
(IMRT) and ultrasound-based Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT). Prior to that, Mike worked in Nuclear
Quality Control for Westinghouse Electric Corporation and in the R&D department of Rockwell International's
Measurement and Flow Control division.

cardiopulmonary, brain and gas monitors and a new cardioplegia solution. With 24 years of experience in various sales,
marketing and technical positions, and with a proven track record of success introducing new OR, ED and ICU technology and
driving market adoption, Barry's bioengineering and medical physiology background has played a key role in establishing a solid
reputation for outstanding customer support, education and training.

Peter M. DeComo is Chairman
and CEO of Alung Technologies, Inc., a company which is currently

million in private equity financing and $25 million in debt financing

million in November, 2007. Pete also sits on the Board of ClearCount

Mary Del Brady is a serial
entrepreneur with more than thirty years of experience in building

recently sold to ExonHit Therapeutics, S.A., a leading French diagnostics
and therapeutics biotech company, and Co-Founder and President
of TissueInformatics.Inc, later acquired by Clinical Data Inc.
Currently, she serves as Chairman of the Board and Acting CEO of
Cvergenx, Inc., a diagnostics services company that is developing
a genomics-based test to predict a patient’s sensitivity
to radiation therapy. She also serves on the Board of Intelomed,
Inc., a medical device company with a non-invasive platform technology
that measures the body’s physiological responses to stress
in real time for improved cardiovascular and fluid management.

Mike Gausling, is the Managing
Director of Originate Venture Partners, a venture capital investment
firm targeting early stage companies in Pennsylvania and surrounding

where he helped to build the company from a start-up to more
than $50 million in annual sales with a market cap of more than
$500 million over seventeen years. In that time, Mike has raised

management positions at Proctor & Gamble

Picker International and Philips Medical systems, Larry was president
